Lou Dorny is managing counsel for IP Litigation at Tesla Inc., Prior to joining Tesla, Dorny was a partner with the Los Angeles office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP.
Morgan Tingey-Dias
Board Member & Executive Director
Morgan joined IGNITE in 2016 as a Mentor on our Tailored Services team. She grew in her role and earned the position of Assistant Program Director, overseeing our largest team, before becoming Program Director and joining the IGNITE Board of Directors and now Exective Director. Morgan is passionate about quality and is always learning. She oversees IGNITE programmatic development including our Person-Centered Planning team.
Tina Ebsen, MA, LMFT, ATR
Board Member, Clinical Director, & Art Therapist
Tina has been an integral part of the IGNITE team since its inception in 2013. She holds an MA in Marriage and Family Counseling and Art Therapy and has years of experience working with children, teens, and adults with disabilities.
Tina is a Registered Art Therapist (Registration #16-262) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA License #98268).
Tina is Clinical Director of IGNITE, which includes developing staff, creating services and supports, and overseeing all Ventura County programs including Kindling Studios in Camarillo, CA.
Molly K. Rearick Day, EdD
Board Member and Founder

Molly has worked as an educator, school administrator, university faculty, curriculum developer, researcher, and consultant. She holds degrees in elementary education (BA), special education (MS), and educational leadership (EdD).
Molly teaches in the Graduate School of Education at California State University, Northridge, works with Peerbots, is Past President of Cal-TASH, Adjunct Trainer and Advisory Board Member for Elevatus Training, Advisory Council Member and Volunteer Nordic Ski Instructor for Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra, Board Member of Eastern Sierra Pride, and External Advisory Board Member for the Colorado School of Mines Robotics Program. She is also an Educational Consultant focusing on transition to adulthood, inclusion, communication, and relationship and sexuality education. Molly enjoys conducting qualitative research with colleagues, writing inclusive curricula, and volunteering with Volunteer Eastern Sierra.
